The Naperville Fire Department is always looking for ways to improve the services we provide to our communities. We are excited to announce that we are providing a new program that allows us to protect our residents lives and property in even more effective ways. The program is Community Connect. It is a free, secure, and easy way for our communities to provide critical information about their households and businesses to our first responders. By providing information about you or your residence or business that you feel is important for our emergency response personnel to know about in the unfortunate event that there is an emergency, we can ensure you and everything you care about can be better protected.
WHO should self-report?
Everyone should self-report. Even if you are asymptomatic or tested negative, it is important to let First Responders know your situation. If you are high-risk or have any access and functional needs, please also self-report so that emergency services can be better prepared to help during this crisis.
Everyone
It is important for everyone to report regardless of age, health or suspicion of infection. Do your part and help your First Responders!
High-Risk
People who are considered high-risk from an age and health perspective or have access and functional needs should report.
COVID-19
Anyone who has tested positive, showing symptoms or has been in contact with anyone who has tested positive or has symptoms.
